The vibrations of the transport helicopter fade into the distance. Your special operations team stays low, weapons drawn, surveying the island's jungle surroundings and securing the area. You move quickly and quietly to the main laboratory. The interior is in shambles, as if an intense struggle ensued. In the center of the room is a shattered case with a massive, cracked egg. These billionaires and their insane pet projects… what in the world were they studying??

Zoom in on the image. Do you notice any elements in the image that stand out? The solution to the puzzle is a single word. Is there anything that could be translated to a word that would illuminate what happened here?

Take a look at the pedestal under the glass case. Are there any other elements in the scene that might relate to this?

The pedestal contains the numbers: 20-18-5-24. If you zoom into the wall behind and to the left of the case, you will see a metal plate with letters and numbers etched into it. Using this plate, can you translate the numbers on the pedestal?

The plate on the wall in the background shows a classic cipher called A1Z26. In this code, letters are encoded as numbers, with 1=A, 2=B, 3=C etc.
